Mr.
Reynoso is the founder and owner of AR Utility Specialists,
Inc. dba EDM Group. Mr. Reynoso has 30 years of engineering
experience in utility, an industry entrepreneur, business
leader and community leader. He holds a General Engineering
Contractor License – Class A and an alumni of Arizona
State University. Mr. Reynoso is a Vietnam War Veteran - US
Air Force. He formed ARUSI in 1987 and has guided its evolvement
to a multiple-disciplined engineering, design, environmental
and construction management firm. ARUSI General Contracting
specializes in design-build projects, fire protection, construction
management, project management and environmental services.

Seventeen years of accounting experience that
includes five years of construction accounting and project management
(with an emphasis in cost control, projections, budgeting and
cash flows) and five years of public accounting experience including
auditing, taxation and small business consulting.

Mr. Hinojos has over fifteen years
of electrical engineering experience that includes facility
plant engineering, primary and secondary power distribution,
management of CAD systems, project management, and engineering
supervision. He is a registered P.E. in Arizona and holds a
B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
His current and recent project experience include: serving as
primary engineering consultant on power distribution infrastructure
for the Automated People Mover Project at City of Phoenix Sky
Harbor Airport, APS Power Distribution Relocation Project, and
Project Engineer for Street Light Design for line segment 4
for the Light Rail Project. Ruben manages the EDM Group’s
technical staff and oversees client relationship with utility
and municipal clients.

Chris Reynoso

Chris Reynoso has ten years of direct experience
in engineering design and drafting of overhead and underground
electrical distribution systems. He currently serves as the
Account Manager for all of SRP design projects. He is responsible
for project coordination, budgeting, and quality control/assurance
of all design projects. He currently serves and the project
manager for SRP power distribution for the Light Rail Project.
He also serves as the manager for Survey Division, guiding and
overseeing multiple survey jobs each month. Chris holds a Bachelor
of Science from Arizona State University.

Juan Reyes

Juan Reyes has twelve years of engineering experience.
He is an expert in both Natural Gas and Power Distribution system
designs. This includes commercial, subdivision, and franchise
designs. Additionally, he is knowledgeable of municipal permitting
process for right-of-way and easements. He oversees the firm’s
ACAD drafting services for SRP, Palo Verde Nuclear Generating
Station, and Central Arizona Project (CAP). Juan is also well
versed in document control processes of design and design standards.
Recent and current projects includes as-built drafting services
for turn-out structures along the CAP canal alignment, APS street
lighting projects, and Southwest Gas Distribution Franchise
and New Business Projects. Juan has managed client accounts
and employees with an emphasis on quality, meeting deadlines,
and exceeding customer expectations. Juan received his Bachelor
of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University.

Henry J. Cano has fifteen years of industrial
engineering experience, business analyst, program development
and process engineering projects. Mr. Cano offers direct project
management experience in operations improvement and re-engineering
projects. Mr. Cano is highly experienced in facilitation and
team partnering. He leads ARUSI management consulting practice
for its’ electric utility sector. He supports ARUSI’s
business growth in municipal and government sector. Mr. Cano
has direct experience working with all aspects of the customer
service areas including field and metering operations, customer
service office, call center, payment centers, service quality,
new service programs, service frees and the delinquent account
process. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a
BSE in Industrial Engineering.

Patrick Ramirez is an engineering manager with
twelve years technical and management experience in both the
private sector and federal government. Patrick excels in the
natural gas distribution designs, utility coordination, project
management, and planning. Patrick’s current and recent
projects include managing design projects for Southwest Gas
natural gas distribution franchise projects in Southern California
region, project manager for all utility coordination for the
City of Phoenix Mathew Henson Hope VI project, and project manager/planner
for the Automated People Mover Project at Sky Harbor International
Airport. Patrick has a clear understanding of the federal government
rule-making process and the delicate interactions between government
and industry. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering from Arizona State University and MBA for George
Washington University.

has seven years of program management and customer application
experience predominately in the field of automotive restraint
technologies. Mr. Reynoso has been successful in the management
of multi-million dollar projects in both the private and public
sectors. For the past two years Mr. Reynoso has acquired experience
in the construction project management field and the quality
control of government contracts. He is also certified under
U.S.A.C.E. Construction Quality Management for Contractors.

Technology Development, and Quality Control, Mr. Lohavanijaya

experience predominately in the field of automotive restraint
technologies. Mr. Lohavanijaya has been successful in the management
of multi-million dollar multi-national projects. Mr. Lohavanijaya
joined AR Utility Specialists in 2002 and has acquired experience
in the construction project management field and the quality
control of government contracts.
