Scope: Sole consultant firm to perform utility coordination with other utilities that may be within the designated right-of-way or easements of the Light Rail alignment. Obtained all necessary easements, municipal permits, railroad crossing permits for state and federal agencies on highway crossings. Conducted site verifications and pre-construction meetings. Coordinated with Arizona Bluestake. Implemented SRP standard design manual, OH/UG construction/compatible unit standards, and MicroStation® drawing format to designs. Incorporated engineering practices per SRP, NEC, NESC and other industrial standard codes.
